Company Overview:
The largest fitness centre in Kuching city, Level Up Fitness spans across 10,000 square feet and is located at the Everrise Tower, a stone's throw from the Travillion Commercial Centre.

Mission:
Upon returning from Perth four years ago, Level Up Fitness founder and executive director Kenny Sia, who is a huge fitness fanatic tried to find a new second home for himself.

What he saw was a stark contrast to the fitness trend in Peninsular Malaysia and caused him much distress: the only gymnasiums available to Kuchingites were poorly designed and fitted with out-of-date equipment, cramped, priced exorbitantly and provided weak programming for its members.

Distraught, Kenny started plotting.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

LES MILLS BODYPUMP *NEW
A toning and conditioning class with barbell and great music that strengthens your entire body and is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. A great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT *NEW
An energetic, martial arts-based fitness program with the moves drawn from Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Muay Thai and Tai Chi, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

HATHA YOGA
This class helps participants to balance mind and body through yoga postures which teach poise, balance and strength. These postures are practiced to improve the body’s physical health while calming the mind through relaxation and meditation.

PILATES
A gentle but effective exercise using controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to tone, build flexibility, endurance, coordination and strengthen your core abdominal and back muscle.

STEP AEROBICS
This is a newer version and technique of aerobics. Stepping up and down to the music beat, steps are combined with arm gestures to increase large-muscle movements and increase fat burning.

BELLY DANCING
The graceful hip drops, rolls, and pivots of this dance utilize muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine and neck, thus improving posture, toning your muscle, weight loss, and stress reduction.
